Holiday with my family!
Hello everyone!
December 14th, My sister who lives in Tokyo came back to Niigata after a long time! First ,We went to soba shop “Kojimaya Sohonten” in Tsubamesanjo. Hegisoba is one of the famous food in Niigata. I like eating it!The elasticity and slurpability are great! My sister eats the soba every time she goes back to Niigata.

Second, we went to a coffee shop.I was full so I ordered a hot coffee, but my sister had the caramel chiffon cake parfait.It looked very good and I would like to go again. Also, the owner gave us some canulés as a service!It was crunchy on the outside and moisture on the inside and very tasty.

Next, we went home and exchanged Christmas presents with whole family.We drew lots and I won the gift of my father's choice.The gifts included a towel, stylish chocolates, and a warmer.I love the excitement of opening a gift. Also, the gift I chose was given to my mother.I was happy that my mother was pleased with the gift as I had spent about an hour agonizing over the decision.I gave them coffee, some sweets of mujirushi and bath salts.It was the first time we exchanged gifts as a family, but it was so much fun that we want to make it an annual event.My sister went home in Tokyo for the day and I missed her. I am going to visit my sister's house during spring vacation.
