1st Personal reflection 

 The other day I am interested in local activities from Ms Shihori Burtz’s lecture and project.Today,declining birthlate and aging population and depopulation are viewed as problems in Japan.

  I learned three things by her.First she has ability to take action.I could see her actively trying out things she interested in.I think it was cool to see her choosing to live a life with no regrets.She also actively made opportunities with the media.She did what she wants to do to make her dreams come true.Second,she has ability to research.I was surprised that she visited more than 50 religions when she looked for a place to more to.She is amazing explorer tokamachi carefully to deepen local understanding. That is why, she produced the trail running invent which is popular with a lot of people in the world .Thirdly,she values opportunity to communication with local people.Recently our region connects is fading.So is is important to keeping local communities alive. I feel that she is energetic when she talks with local people.

  Next,I think Niigata prefecture is not good at appealing.In group activities,I would like to communicate the hidden charms of Niigata and interact with local editors and children.It is famous for rice,snow,food and japanese alcohol.I want to be active using SNS because it is able to send messages to people all over the world.Also she connects environment conservation activities so I think that it is good to conduct with garbage picking volunteers activities. 

  In addition,I want to live a free life with no regrets like her.Now I am a university student ,I have most time in my life.So, I want to worry a lot and master what I like.I went to study tour in Cambodia during this summer and interested in overseas rice cultivation.So, I want to start by gaining knowledge about importing and exporting rice. 

  I am glad to hear lecture rooted in the region.
