My introduction

Hello everyone!

My name is Mahiro Kasahara.I’m a first student in the school of global and community studies.I’m from Niigata city,Minami ward.There are a lot of nature and cultures.It’s famous for fruits,especially grapes and pear.When it’s harvest season,a lot of visitors visit there.Fortunately,I can receive fruits from my neighbors.Do you know Shirone grape garden? It’s one of the famous farm and there’s styles caffe.

I want to share a few of my favorite things.My favorite food is rice and vegetables.My father is rice farmer and these days I helping him.My father’s rice is very good.I’m interested in rice agriculture.I’d like to help him in the future.Recently I started unmanned vegetable sales in my house to eliminate waste. I’m glad to sell the products.My favorite sports is soccer.I sometimes go to the soccer games. But I can’t play soccer well.My favorite team is Albirex Niigata.Since I was five years old,I was been supporting the team.I hope the team wins and remain J1.If you’re interested in soccer, you should go too!

There are two things that I have grown since I entered Niigata prefecture university. First, I think I improved my communication skills.When I was high school student,I was shy and I was not good at talking with many people. But recently I feel happy to talk with people.Second,I expand my outlook.I can interact with many people and search my interest things because I have free time to do anything.So,I want to learn more ways of thinking and see things from vision aspects.
